Return/Refund Window:
If you are in any way unhappy with your order from takingstockfoods.com, you have 30 days from your order date to contact us at returns@takingstockfoods.com or to fill out a contact form to initiate a return/refund.
How to Request a Return/Refund:
Please email returns@takingstockfoods.com or fill out a contact form with your request. Include your order number, the date and the issue you encountered with our products and we will process your return/refund within 5-10 business days.
Please note that any purchases made on Amazon.com or TikTok Shop are subject to the return/refund policies of those platforms.
No Product Return Needed:
We do not require you to send your order back to us. We appreciate any feedback you can provide us to help us better serve our customers.
