Refund policy

Happiness Guarantee:

We want you to feel confident choosing Taking Stock. If you try your first mug and it’s just not for you, we’ll issue you a full refund. Product returns are not necessary. 

Return/Refund Window:

If you are in any way unhappy with your order from takingstockfoods.com, you have 30 days from your order date to contact us at returns@takingstockfoods.com or to fill out a contact form to initiate a return/refund.

How to Request a Return/Refund:

Please email returns@takingstockfoods.com or fill out a contact form with your request. Include your order number, the date and the issue you encountered with our products and we will process your return/refund within 5-10 business days. You can find your order details by logging into your customer account page

Please note that any purchases made on Amazon.com or TikTok Shop are subject to the return/refund policies of those platforms.

No Product Return Needed:

We do not require you to send your order back to us. We appreciate any feedback you can provide us to help us better serve our customers.

Processing Time:

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of initial request.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances:

  • Damaged or defective items can be replaced upon request.
  • Please provide evidence of damage or defect in your correspondence.
