Overnight savory oats
Nutty, steel-cut oats soaked in bone broth overnight to cut back on cooking time.
Servings: 2 people
- Saucepan, stove
- 2 cups Taking Stock Classic Chicken Bone Broth *1 package
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- Combine oats and broth in a saucepan or smaller container. Place in refrigerator overnight, or at least 8 hours.
- After soaking, bring the oats and broth to a simmer in a medium saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes, until oats are tender.
